This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
Growards ("Growards", "we", "us") operates a reward catalogue that appears on the confirmation pages of partner platforms after a customer completes a purchase. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
For the purposes of Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL"), Growards is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

2. What this notice covers
This notice covers the website growards.com and the request form on it.
3. What we collect and why
Request form. When you send us a request, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, a website or app link, and anything you write in the message. We use them to reply to you, discuss a possible partnership or offer, and keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box next to the form, and the steps we take at your request before entering into an agreement.
Messaging apps. If you contact us through a messaging app, we process what you send us in order to respond. The app provider processes your data under its own policy.
Technical data. Like every website, ours relies on a hosting and content-delivery provider that automatically records standard technical logs — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time — to keep the site secure and running. We rely on our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the website. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
4. Who has access to your data
We use trusted service providers to run the website and handle requests: a form-processing service, a hosting and content-delivery provider, an email provider, and — if you choose to contact us that way — a messaging service. They process data only on our instructions and under contracts that require them to protect it.
Some of these providers could store data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we transfer data in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the PDPL and with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it to public authorities where the law requires us to.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for our business purposes and as required by applicable law.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 13–20 of the PDPL you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. In the event of a personal data breach we will notify the affected persons and the competent authority as the PDPL requires.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
